Orchestrate-IT
Orchestrate IT is our configurations manager application that lets you manage the configuration settings in the most complex IT networks.
Orchestrate IT uses its own release management functionality and automatically produces the necessary information when required so you don't have to keep on top of it.

- cleanse, prepare and manage data that needs to be migrated from different legacy systems to one environment.
Orchestrate IT is tried and tested, it has recently been purchased by a large Dutch financial institution and we plan to have Orchestrate IT available using cloud technology within the near future.

Robert Wilson

Robert Wilson is a born artist—though not in the traditional sense. He doesn’t paint or sculpt; instead, he creates through software. As founder of RaDeSys, Robert designs, shapes, and orchestrates software products until something beautiful, innovative, and genuinely useful emerges. These creations, crafted with the precision of an artist, are what he delivers to his clients.
After honing his programming skills in South Africa, Robert moved to Europe in the 1990s following the sale of his company. A seasoned business analyst and systems architect, he developed deep expertise in CRM, configuration management, and content management. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organizations such as Shell, Interpay, KPN, IBM, and Rabobank.
Driven by a passion for efficiency and meaningful technology, Robert founded RApid DEvelopment SYStems (RaDeSys) on January 1, 1999. He also created his own web portal builder, RApid DEvelopment SYStem, enabling websites and applications to be developed in hours rather than weeks. This innovation reflects his belief that technology should empower people, not overwhelm them.
At the heart of Robert’s work lies a clear philosophy: humans—not devices—should remain in control. He designs software to support human connection and simplify life, using accessible language rather than complex jargon. For Robert, success is not defined by profit margins but by trust, usability, and impact. As he puts it, he is an artist who paints with his computer—creating tools that people truly need.
